Not all forged wheels are made equal. While regular 6061-T6 alloys are tested at 280MPa, our wheels use aero-space grade forged 6061-T6 aluminum alloy tested at 320MPa ultimate strength, a 14% increase in strength.

This makes our forged aluminum wheels up to 35% lighter than some factory equipped wheels. Our lightest wheel design in 20" starts at just 19lbs. Reduced unsprung wheel weight gives you faster acceleration better handling, and better braking performance. We FEA test all our wheels to meet or exceed TÃœV Rheinland, SAE, and JWL safety standards.

CRAFTED WITH PRECISION

Wheel Runout Value is a critical indication of a wheel's manufacturing quality. While most manufacturers claim to build high quality wheels without any quantitative data to back it, we provide you with proof.

We check and control our runout tolerance on every wheel to under 0.50mm/0.02", much stricter than the industry standard of 0.76mm/0.03". We regularly achieve both inner and outer runout of 0.30mm/0.01" or lower.

A low runout ensures no wheel vibration at high-speeds. We print each wheel runout value on the QC certificate affixed on each wheel.

FEA TESTING

At the heart of our commitment to producing reliable and durable wheels is our use of FEA, or Finite Element Analysis. By subjecting our wheel designs to rigorous computer simulations, we're able to accurately assess their mechanical behavior under stress, ensuring maximum safety even under the most extreme conditions.

Using state-of-the-art technology and real-world testing parameters, we put our wheels to the test against JWL, SAE, and TUV standards. This guarantees that our wheels are robust enough to withstand even the most demanding situations.
